- Starts with phone call to GLRC from HR or recruiter with name and phone number of the prospective employee.
- Prospect is called by GLRC and information is sent that is customized to their needs and interests. They are also directed to web site links for other community and school information.
- Area tour is set up through HR for the prospects first visit to the area. The tour is customized to what they have requested to see. An accredited relocation consultant the matches well with the prospect is assigned to do the tour.
- Follow-up to HR with any information that may be helpful in the successful recruiting process.
- Support the HR/ recruiter is ongoing and may include additional information being sent to the prospect, transportation to and from the airport, etc.
- When a successful employee relationship has been established, the prospect and his/ her family receive the newcomer services that GLRC offers.
