ERA Network was created in 1998 when the owners, Tami and Dana Slocum joined the ERA franchise family. At that time the company included Network Real Estate in Kalamazoo and Otsego, and Dynamic Real Estate in Gun Lake. The company operated as ERA Network and ERA Dynamic respectively. In 1999 we merged with Coastal Real Estate in Coloma and South Haven and operated these offices under the ERA Coastal name. During 2000 our Hastings office was added to the ERA Dynamic group. As of September 1st, 2006 an Allegan location has been added to the family through the acquisition of Stech and Associates Realty.

For the last five years we have focused on internal growth and the ability to provide the best in quality and service from the programs and services offered to the “Best of the Best” Real Estate professionals. To achieve this we enhanced our corporate partnership with ERA Mortgage and became an active member of Cendant Mobility (now known as CARTUS) one of the largest international relocation companies. These affiliations allowed the company to experience significant growth and community presence in 2003 and 2004.

Tami and Dana have made the decision to brand all of their locations under the name of ERA Network Real Estate. This decision, made at the end of 2005 to be implemented in 2006 will give us a better opportunity to serve all of Southwest Michigan with the same service and expertise and for the public to identify that level of service to one common name. In addition they have begun to once again explore opportunities for growth in Southwest Michigan and look forward to expanding their presence to better serve you and your real estate needs.
